Refund Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is set out in the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and implemented in Austria by the Act on Distance and Off-Premises Contracts (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz – FAGG) and the Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentenschutzgesetz – KSchG).
1.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
For multiple goods ordered in one order but delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.
1.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Model Withdrawal Form
In accordance with FAGG and Annex I(B) of the Consumer Rights Directive, you may use the following model form to communicate your withdrawal (complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract):

3. Effects of Withdrawal
3.1 Refund
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
3.2 Refund Timeline
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
3.3 Refund Method
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3.4 Withholding of Refund
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
4. Returning the Goods
4.1 Return Procedure
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
4.3 Return Costs
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €15 for standard parcels within the EU, depending on your location and the shipping service you choose.
4.4 Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means you may open the packaging to inspect the product, but the goods should be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging if possible.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and § 18 FAGG, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
Please note: As our products are food supplements, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If the seal is broken, we may not be able to provide a full refund.
6. Defective or Damaged Goods
6.1 Warranty
Under Austrian law (ABGB, Verbrauchsgüterkauf) and EU law (Consumer Sales Directive 1999/44/EC), all products come with a legal warranty of conformity (Gewährleistung). If a product is defective or not as described, you have the right to:
- Have the goods brought into conformity free of charge (repair or replacement)
- Receive an appropriate reduction in price
- Have the contract terminated
6.2 Reporting Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- Description of the defect or damage
- Photos of the defective item (if applicable)
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6.3 Warranty Period and Burden of Proof
The legal warranty period in Austria and the EU is 2 years from delivery. For defects that appear within the first six months of delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery (the trader bears the burden of proof). After six months and until the end of the 2-year period, the consumer must prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery, in accordance with EU and Austrian law.
7. Refund Processing
7.1 Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within the timelines specified above.
7.2 Bank Processing
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
8. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, the normal return procedure applies.
